Job summary

Pilot Company in Utah is seeking a Facility Services team member to maintain the store’s cleanliness, clean showers and restrooms, wash towels, and perform general upkeep to keep the travel center inviting for all guests.

You’ll join a team that values reliability, flexibility, and guest satisfaction, with the ability to work nights or days and weekends. Prior experience is welcome but not required; training is provided to help you grow within our retail and travel center network.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic facility maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pickup and dispose of trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
