Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Flagler Center is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas while upholding brand standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

As part of a busy hotel team, you will stock supplies, assist with guest requests, and ensure rooms are ready for guests with attention to detail, reliability, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Competenze

• Experience in a hospitality, service, or guest-facing environment preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced hotel setting.
• Strong listening and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Pre-Cleaning and Stocking: Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and tools on assigned work cart, attending morning stand-up meeting, folding and/or assisting with dirty linen in housekeeping laundry room.
• Clean and Stock Rooms: Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms as assigned per shift.
• Additional Cleaning Projects: As assigned by direct supervisor, in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, room deep cleaning activities, as needed. All front and back of house areas should be well-organized and clean.
