Job summary
DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to uphold the hotel’s operations and guest comfort. You will maintain building systems, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and support a busy team to ensure a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications
- 3–6 months related experience in engineering and maintenance.
- One year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent.
- Ability to work as part of a team and complete tasks individually.
- Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain building, equipment and assets to ensure reliability.
- Troubleshoot and repair painting, wallpaper, plumbing and related tasks.
- Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and on equipment.
- Maintain swimming pool, spa and health department compliance.
- Assist with outdoor seasonal work (lawn care, snow removal).
- Log readings and communicate room status with Front Desk.
- Provide safe transportation to guests using hotel shuttle when needed.
