Job summary

Applegreen USA is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service to travelers at our travel plazas. You will operate the POS system, handle cash, and ensure accurate payments while assisting in food prep and service.

Responsibilities include preparing, stocking, labeling, and maintaining food safety standards, as well as cross-selling products and upholding brand guidelines. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain food quality through proper handling, labeling, dating and stocking.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment and follow brand standards.
