Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Bellperson to create a seamless arrival and departure experience for lodging guests. As part of the Front Drive team, you will assist with luggage, shuttle service, and guest guidance, upholding Sundance's values of art, nature, and recreation.

The role requires hospitality skills, attention to detail, and a positive presence in fast-paced or relaxed conditions. Must be 25+, willing to work weekends and holidays, with a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; six months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to operate 2-way radio for communication with staff; some computer experience is helpful.
• Must have a current valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record within last two years and age 25+.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage every guest, learning names and preferences.
• Assist with directions, resort information, and activity updates to ensure guests feel informed.
• Maintain a clean, organized Bell stand, Sundance vehicles, and guest reception areas.
• Seamlessly introduce guests to Front Desk or Concierge for smooth transitions.
• Deliver in-room check-ins and orientation to accommodations and property.
• Assist with luggage handling and timely delivery to lodging units.
• Respond to shuttle requests and guest deliveries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Provide safe, timely transportation using the on-property shuttle; airport service if certified.
• Report any safety concerns per protocol; know Sundance offerings and culture.
• Demonstrate warmth and professionalism in all guest interactions.
• Maintain vehicles and report any issues; balance multiple tasks and priorities.
