Compensation Range: $17.28 - $17.28 Plus Tips

Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests and be their point of contact for functions such as check-in, finding theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, confirming/taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, clean, distraction-free, and enjoyable environment. They understand that being off task is acceptable if it aligns with the Mission: To Ensure Every Guest Has An Awesome Experience And Is Excited To Return.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring each occupied seat is marked cleaned and sanitized before the next film
• Ensure order cards, safety, and guest needs are addressed in multiple theaters
• Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery
• Perform assigned opening and closing duties on specified shifts
• Maintain assistive listening and close-captioned devices
• Maintain a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Own the lobby and seating experience—manage socially distant lines, announce theater seating, guide guests, and communicate with leadership as needed
• Maintain knowledge of core and limited-time-only menu offerings
• Stay informed about films and events in theaters
• Maintain high cleanliness standards for all venue areas
• Follow safety protocols to keep teams and guests healthy, understanding all policies and procedures
• Handle all guest-facing interactions to ensure a positive experience
• Uphold standards of behavior aligned with company values, Code of Conduct, and operational guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environment preferred
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule—early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
• Active alcohol certification with the relevant state agency
• Active food handler certification with the relevant state agency
• Cinephile experience is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk up and down stairs multiple times
• Position oneself discreetly in theaters
• Operate POS touchscreen devices
• Move cautiously in a busy, sometimes loud environment
