Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver friendly, helpful guest service and drive store experiences in Loveland, CO. You will create an easy and inspiring guest journey, greet guests, assist with product discovery, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

Shifts are posted by leaders or peers via the myTime app and scheduling is self-directed. You must stay reliably engaged, pick up shifts when available, and respond to contact attempts to maintain employment.

• You are open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends and peak times.
