Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experiences in our stores. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, high guest interaction, and quick problem solving.

You will help guests with product needs, returns, and loyalty benefits while promoting Target services and store engagement. You will be expected to maintain a friendly, efficient service standard, work across shifts, and adapt to changing store needs.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers.
• Be familiar with fulfillment services and how to enroll or use them.
• Understand Wallet and Target App features for guests.
• Deliver service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
