Job summary

Target in Ann Arbor is seeking a Small Format Team Member to help drive guest service, keep shelves stocked, and maintain price accuracy across departments. You’ll greet guests, assist with finding items, and help ensure a smooth, friendly shopping experience.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll work with teammates to support daily workloads, operate cash registers when needed, stock merchandise, and participate in safety and compliance practices.

Qualifications

• Welcoming attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Able to operate a cash register and handle transactions.
• Capable of lifting/moving merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, assisting with needs, and thanking customers at checkout.
• Work across departments to keep the sales floor stocked, signed, and in stock; assist with audits and price changes.
• Support backroom processes, unload trucks, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance throughout the store.
