Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests shop with a friendly, efficient approach. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and process transactions while promoting Target services. Flexibility to pick up shifts and stand up to a fast-paced environment is essential.

As part of the Target team, you’ll contribute to a welcoming guest experience, support with order pick up and drive up options, and help educate guests about benefits and apps. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to assist guests and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find items or resolve issues.
• Deliver easy and accurate service at checkout and pickup areas.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and assist peers as needed.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and available services.
