Job summary

Target is seeking a Frontline Guest Advocate in Ohio to provide exceptional guest service and support across in-store and digital channels. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, and help guests navigate promotions, loyalty programs, and services like Order Pick-Up and Drive Up.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests and assist with inquiries.
