The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour.

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on guest interaction and recovery, promoting both in-store and digital services to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a welcoming environment and engaging with guests to understand their needs
  • Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
  • Assisting with returns, order pick-up, Drive Up, and other services
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Supporting guest services and ensuring compliance with safety policies
