Cheeca Lodge & Spa is seeking a Guest Adventures Coordinator to serve as the central administrative and guest service contact for recreation activities. You will manage calls, reservations, equipment check‑outs, and communicate with the leadership team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The role combines clerical duties with hands‑on guest interaction, requiring organization, initiative, and a hospitality‑driven mindset to deliver exceptional service at a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, customer service, or hospitality position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, email, data entry, and standard office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain organized records, departmental logs, equipment check‑out records, and other administrative documentation.
• Assist with activity schedules, reservations, guest requests, and departmental communications as assigned.
• Monitor departmental communication channels and ensure guest requests are directed to the appropriate team member.
• Support daily administrative functions to maintain organization, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the department.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining activity information, forms, schedules, and other guest‑facing materials.
• Communicate important updates, guest requests, and operational needs to the Guest Adventures leadership team.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling guest information and departmental records.
