Job summary

GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking a Punch Truck Operator to lead guardrail installations across North America. You will drive the Punch Truck, set up layouts, and support the crew to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

The role requires CDL Class A or the ability to obtain within 2 months, 2–5 years of heavy equipment operation, and at least 2 years of commercial driving experience. Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic gear is a plus.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license or ability to obtain within 2 months.
• 2–5 years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is running a drop hammer or vibratory post pounder, for the installation of guardrail.
• Responsible for driving the Punch Truck to/from work sites
• Responsible for supporting the layout, set-up of guardrail installation and working closely with the foreman and crew to ensure efficient work progress
• Loading and unloading materials in support of the daily work
• On occasion engaging in the use of power tools and manual digging when conditions are not conducive to use of the Punch Truck.
