Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with probate court and guardianship services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement efforts to assist clients in maintaining optimum health care, safe living environments, and continued quality of life
• Work closely with other community professionals to coordinate needed services to support the guardianship client
• Present in court or a legal setting
