Job summary

Tennessee Oncology is seeking a GU Oncology Care Coordinator (RN) to coordinate multidisciplinary GU cancer care across clinics and external partners. You will track referrals, guide patients from referral through survivorship, and ensure timely treatment in a high-autonomy role within the GU Center of Excellence.

The role requires an RN with oncology nursing experience; BSN preferred and OCN/ONN-CG preferred. Travel to various clinics in Middle Tennessee may be required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current Tennessee RN license; BSN preferred.
• Experience in oncology nursing is preferred.
• Oncology nurse navigator certification (OCN or ONN-CG) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across medical and radiation oncology and outside urology practices.
• Track patient referrals, treatment timelines, and care gaps to reduce delays.
• Develop dashboards and run reports on care metrics for GU center.
