Job description

Two (2) GTS functional analysts to support implementation tasks and project deliverables. Knowledge/understanding of SAP ECC master data, sales & distribution, and supply chain processes preferred.

The 2 functional analysts will:

1. Support the Collins DT GTS and SAP teams through the different stages of the project.
2. Produce design blueprints/technical specs in alignment with the project architect.
3. Understand and perform GTS configuration, with a focus on the core GTS functions:
1. SPL Screening
2. Embargo
3. Licensing/Legal Regulations
4. Classification
4. Write/deliver functional specifications.
5. Complete Quality Review process with technical development resources.
6. Support conversion and testing cycles:
1. Write new functional test scripts and execute.
2. Support UAT test scripting efforts and test execution.
7. Troubleshoot and perform basic debugging to solve application or configuration issues.
8. Document the technical solutions designed as part of this project.
9. Create training materials and deliver training to over 50+ users in partnership with Global Trade.
10. Provide go-live support through stabilization.

These persons will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, planning, developing, testing, documenting, and implementing processes for this project. Coordination and collaboration across functional teams and business partners.
