Amazon Web Services is seeking a GTM Senior Advisor to accelerate cloud migration and modernization initiatives for NAMER customers. You will work with Sales Leadership and executive-level clients to shape transformation roadmaps and align cloud adoption with business goals.
You will lead cross-functional pursuits, craft compelling strategy presentations for the C-suite, and mentor teams on best practices in migration and modernization.

AWS Global Sales (AGS) NAMER is responsible for driving growth in small, mid-market, and enterprise-level customers. This will be achieved through strong advisor skills driving cloud adoption, migration/modernization best practices, and transformation of IT organizational capabilities.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
