Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned business operations professional to join the GTM Business Excellence team in optimizing how we go-to-market. You will translate complex decisions into scalable processes, policies, and playbooks while coordinating with Direct Sales, Channel, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, or similar SaaS role.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise GTM systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, or ERP.
• Strong analytical, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational and commercial feasibility of new GTM initiatives across Direct and Channel.
• Own assigned workstreams, track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Translate requirements into scalable process and system specs with Enterprise Systems.
• Design and maintain repositories of key business decisions and policies.
• Create detailed process maps and SOPs; review policies for consistency.
• Analyze support trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Serve as SME in opportunity lifecycle and quoting processes; prioritize improvements.
• Build training collateral and facilitate workshops for adoption.
• Develop reports tracking process adherence and data quality.
• Identify and pilot AI/automation opportunities.
