Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM engineering, growth, RevOps or related role.
• Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing GTM systems.
• Deep HubSpot production experience with custom properties and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM system implementations across portfolio companies.
• Standardize measurement, attribution, and reporting methodologies.
• Stand up and maintain CRM architecture, data models, and pipelines (HubSpot).
• Hire, onboard, and support dedicated GTM Engineers in platforms.
• Drive adoption, troubleshoot issues, and improve execution over time.
• Ensure cross-company consistency in GTM metrics and insights.
