Job summary

Meshy is seeking a GTM Intern to support events and outreach. You will help bring Meshy to life at events and via outreach to engage prospects for the sales team.

The role involves building targeted prospect lists, drafting messages, managing CRM data, and collaborating with a fast-growing GTM team on ad-hoc content and projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Clear, confident written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable reaching out to new people and representing a brand.
• Interest in AI, 3D, gaming, or creator communities is a strong plus.
• Experience in event planning, community building, or sales development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of online and in-person events (B2B/B2C).
• Coordinate brand activations and experiential moments to showcase Meshy.
• Manage event logistics: venues, vendors, registrations, swag, on-site setup.
• Engage attendees, capture leads, and provide post-event learnings.
• Assist with outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email; draft messages.
• Qualify early interest and hand off warm leads to sales with context.
• Maintain CRM data and assist GTM projects.

About The Role

We're looking for a GTM Intern to support two core parts of how we reach our users: events and outreach. On the events side, you'll help bring Meshy to life in the real world and online, from community meetups to brand activations. On the outreach side, you'll help us find and engage the right prospects so our sales team can focus on closing. This role suits someone who likes variety, enjoys working with people, and wants hands-on exposure to how a high-growth AI company goes to market.

What You'll Do

Events & Community

• Support the planning and execution of online and in-person events, including B2B and B2C, such as community meetups, workshops, webinars, and trade shows
• Help coordinate brand activations and experiential moments that put Meshy in front of creators and customers
• Manage event logistics such as venues, vendors, registrations, swag, and on-site setup
• Engage attendees before, during, and after events, and help capture leads and feedback
• Help track event results and share learnings with the team

Outreach & Prospecting

• Research and build targeted prospect lists across verticals such as gaming, 3D printing, e-commerce, and education
• Support outbound outreach through LinkedIn and email, including drafting messages and managing follow-ups
• Qualify early interest and hand off warm leads to the sales team with clear context
• Keep prospect and outreach data organized and up to date in our CRM and tools

Other

• Help with GTM projects as needs come up, including light support on content when relevant

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to keep many moving parts on track
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English
• Comfortable reaching out to new people and representing a brand
• Self-starter who takes ownership and figures things out
• Interest in AI, 3D, gaming, or creator communities is a strong plus
• Previous experience with event planning, community building, sales development, or student organizations is a plus
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), or spreadsheets is a plus
