Job summary

AgentMail is hiring a GTM Engineer to build the operating system for the company's growth playbook — turning a founder-run, personal-automation setup into a mapped, actionable system and owning the full growth pipeline end to end. This is a technical-first hire: a hands-on technical background matters more than formal GTM experience.

The role is on-site in San Francisco with compensation of $120,000–$250,000 plus equity (0%–2%) and reports to the Founder.

Qualifications

• New grad to 6-7+ years experience
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on ability
• Scrappy, fast-building, low ego
• US citizen or existing visa only
• SF in-person

Responsibilities

• Build and own the data and reporting infrastructure that turns growth signals into actionable decisions (aggregating signup, product-usage, and engagement data into a single source of truth)
• Decide what software and tooling the growth stack runs on, and what gets cut
• Build outbound systems: lookalike targeting, LinkedIn automation, warm-intro identification
• Own end-to-end orchestration of the growth pipeline, from signup through activation and expansion
• Partner closely with the founder to scale existing organic channels (web, Reddit, Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn) and evaluate new ones
• Build lightweight AI tooling (e.g. Slack agents, dashboards) to make growth data actionable across the team
