Job summary

Haladir is seeking a hands-on sales professional in San Francisco to bring Haladir products to 3PLs, distributors, and warehouse operators. You will drive the full sales cycle and work directly with the founders to shape the sales motion.

You will lead sourcing, discovery, demos, paid POCs, and close deals, while applying strong technical skills with APIs, data, and AI tools to deliver value. Relocation to SF and travel are required, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell B2B software across the full sales cycle (sourcing, discovery, negotiation, close).
• Comfortable working with operators at every level in logistics environments.
• Strong technical competency including APIs, data, and building lightweight tools or automations.
• Fluent with AI tools and uses them regularly in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle from sourcing accounts to closing deals with 3PLs, distributors, and warehouse operators.
• Collaborate with founders to support the sales motion and strategy.
• Work in a technically oriented GTM role, comfortable with software, APIs, data, and AI tools to improve workflow.
