Job summary

Talentpluto is partnering with a fast-growing seed-stage AI infrastructure startup to hire a GTM Engineer. This remote role focuses on building the systems that power inbound and outbound growth, with AI-native tooling and a strong emphasis on SEO and GEO strategy across the US market.

You will work directly with the founders in a high-ownership environment, wire together the go-to-market stack, automate workflows, run experiments to boost pipeline efficiency, and support the GTM team with

Qualifications

• Strong GTM engineering background with deep AI-native fluency.
• SEO and GEO experience, ideally from a GEO-focused company.
• Ability to wire systems across the go-to-market stack.
• Willingness to take on adjacent responsibilities.
• Startup experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Onsite SF experience or willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and connect the systems that drive inbound and outbound go-to-market motions.
• Own SEO and GEO strategy and execution as an in-house specialist.
• Automate go-to-market workflows using AI-native tooling.
• Run experiments across channels to improve pipeline efficiency.
• Support the broader GTM team with technical solutions.
