GTM Engineer
Monk is an AI-native accounts receivable (AR) platform for B2B companies, helping businesses get paid fast. The AR stack is broken. Finance teams still chase payments in spreadsheets, reconcile AR in spreadsheets, and use software built a decade ago. We think this is one of the largest, most ignored problems in B2B software. Trillions of dollars sit in outstanding invoices, while the tools used to unlock that cash are stuck in the past. We are rebuilding AR with AI, speed, and craftsmanship. We already manage over $1B of accounts receivable. We are backed by leading investors, and our founders have built and exited companies before (more here). We are early. The upside is enormous, and the hardest work is ahead of us.
We are looking for a GTM Engineer to own revenue outcomes end to end and build systems to generate pipeline. This could mean building account scoring and enrichment workflows, launching new outbound experiments, automating research and prospecting, improving our GTM systems, or analyzing conversion data to figure out what to do next.
We hope you add your own DNA and values to our culture as you build with us.
You want to be a founder someday. We share what we have learned from building our previous companies. 25% of the team are second-time founders. One of our goals is to help you become a founder and create a place where you can do your best work (see more here).
We hire for intensity, craft, and attitude. We believe most things can be learned.
Category-defining companies are built by exceptional people. Our team is one of the products we are building. Come help build it.
