Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred in related field (e.g., Emergency Management, Communications, IT).
• Solid computer knowledge and skills; experience with complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as communications hub for Global Security.
• Monitor global events and assess impact for a high-profile customer.
• Prepare risk and intelligence reports for Global Security and stakeholders.
• Receive calls for help from employees worldwide and respond appropriately.
• Support crisis mitigation and after-action reporting.
• Assist in sending company mass notifications.
• Monitor risks to supply chain assets; monitor global security platforms.
