Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems across all GSE types.
• Complete complex repairs including engine work, hydraulic system rebuilds, electrical harness repairs, brake system overhauls, and major component replacements.
• Interpret OEM manuals, wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and diagnostic flowcharts.
• Mentor and support Technician I and II employees by demonstrating proper repair techniques, safety practices, and documentation standards.
• Document all work performed using CMMS (AssetWorks) following CCC standards and reliability-focused documentation practices.
