Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead FP&A, partner with senior leadership, and scale the company's growth. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, and analysis for the Products & Technology organization, with a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Based in San Francisco, CA, the position requires a two-day in-office commitment (Tuesday and Wednesday).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years FP&A experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- MBA, Big 4 accounting, or investment banking experience a plus.
- Proficiency with FP&A systems; Anaplan and Workday a plus.
- Proficiency with AI tools in workflows.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint/Slides skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Be a strategic financial partner to the Engineering organization.
- Own budgeting and forecasting for this function.
- Partner to ensure accuracy for controllable spend and metrics.
- Prepare budget vs. actual variance analyses and reporting.
- Lead analysis, drive operational efficiencies and insights.
- Collaborate on accruals and close processes.
- Develop and improve reporting and systems.
- Lead cross-functional process improvements and scaling projects.
- Support long-range strategic planning and ad hoc analyses.
