Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager on the Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team to own a set of first-party products from end to end. You will set strategy and priorities with Product, be accountable for growth, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing to bring products to market.

You will identify gaps with merchants and frontline teams, shape roadmaps, and scale learnings with repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-7 years in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without a fully defined brief.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with piloting AI tools in real workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product line end-to-end: set strategy, goals, KPIs, and invest where needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Support).
• Analyze data and qualitative merchant feedback to guide strategic decisions.
• Design and launch zero-to-one tests and pilot AI-powered tools.
• Represent the merchant and scale learnings across the org.
