With 4+ years in top-tier consulting or equivalent, you will apply rigorous quantitative methods, build repeatable frameworks, and influence leadership decisions in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with success driving operational improvements and owning strategic initiatives.
• Strong quantitative skills with complex financial models and large datasets; SQL experience a plus.
• Structured problem solving with hypothesis-led, option-based analysis.
• Ability to build clear narratives and executive-ready slide decks.
• Comfort with ambiguity and prioritization under time pressure.
• Independent worker who also collaborates effectively across the organization.
• Experience or interest in SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own complex growth models and financial analyses.
• Own the full analysis arc from insight to action and align with execs.
• Support vertical market strategy, market sizing, ICP definition, and data sourcing design.
• Monitor performance and diagnose drivers when metrics diverge from plan.
• Forecast, measure, and optimize across channels and growth initiatives.
