Job summary

PA Consulting Group is seeking a Growth Strategy Consultant Analyst in Chicago to join a team that identifies opportunities for sustainable growth through research, market analysis, and strategic thinking.

You will work with experienced practitioners to solve complex business challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and create compelling presentations for clients and internal audiences. Hybrid work schedules apply, with in-office presence required a few days weekly.

As a Consultant Analyst you will work alongside experienced practitioners to solve complex business challenges and help clients make confident strategic decisions.

As a Growth Strategy Consultant Analyst at PA, you will:

• - Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support client recommendations.
• - Analyze customer, market, financial, and business data to uncover growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Your background includes:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 1–4 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
• Experience with research, analytics, AI tools, coding, leadership activities, apprenticeships, work experience, or community involvement is a plus.

Additional information

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site

This salary range is specific to Illinois and New York and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications.

Salary Range: $104,700 - $121,200
