Job summary

Blackstone Private Wealth seeks an Associate to drive strategic initiatives across Private Wealth and the perpetual funds platform. The role combines analytics, strategy, operations, and client solutions to support growth and scalability.

Working with senior leadership, you will build infrastructure, processes, and capabilities to enable the next phase of platform expansion and enhanced client experience, with a hands-on, execution‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional designation is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, financial services, management consulting, private markets, wealth management, corporate strategy, or operational transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape priority strategic initiatives focused on growth, operational excellence, and client experience.
• Develop analytical frameworks to assess business performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with perpetual fund teams to advance cross-platform initiatives.
• Support cross-functional projects across investment, client coverage, operations, technology, and product teams.
• Contribute to evaluation and adoption of AI, automation, and scalable solutions.
• Develop management reporting and executive materials to support decision making.
