On the Mend Physical Therapy is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our Chandler, AZ clinic. You will work directly with patients in an outpatient setting, delivering hands-on care, and designing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; experience is a plus, not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Providing interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities.
• Educating patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention.
• Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining HIPAA-compliant and state/federal documentation using modern AI tools.
