DistroKid is seeking a Growth Product Manager (Senior to Staff) to unite product and marketing growth, owning end-to-end member growth and the growth backlog. You will define leverage points, back decisions with data, and ship instrumented experiments tied to the product roadmap.
You’ll lead a cross-functional team with marketing, data, design, and engineering, balancing quick wins with long-term bets. The role reports into product with marketing as an equal partner in prioritization.
At DistroKid, we help artists share their music with the world. Around 40-50% of the world's new music is released through DistroKid today.
We're hiring a Growth Product Manager (Senior to Staff level) to help us achieve our big vision that everyone who makes music has a DistroKid account.
At DistroKid, our product and marketing funnels evolved in parallel. This role unites them and owns the whole picture: member growth end to end, from how artists find us through to how they get value and stay for the long haul. Within the goals leadership sets, you’ll establish where the leverage is, back it with data, and ship.
We're looking for someone who has done this before. You've owned growth at a high-growth consumer or subscription business, you've seen what works and what doesn't across the funnel, and you'll arrive with a point of view on what we should do. A big part of this role is bringing that experience with you and helping the rest of the company get better at growth.
You’ll partner with our staff marketing engineer to direct a small, diligent cross-functional team, and work with them while working across product, marketing, data, and design. This role reports into product and treats marketing as an equal partner in setting priorities. You'll shape a single growth backlog, balancing measurable wins against the longer-term bets worth protecting. You'll build the framework that sizes every growth opportunity on the same terms, so prioritization performs on evidence and expected impact. Ideas and market intelligence come from across the company; you turn the greatest of them into instrumented experiments tied to the product roadmap.
