Job summary

CAM Resources is expanding nationwide and seeking Growth Partners who will build a recurring commercial book in their market. You bring in the business, we handle fulfillment, insurance, and back-office support to enable scalable, recurring income.

This is a performance-based opportunity with no fixed ceiling. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, comfortable talking to business owners, and capable of prospecting and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required; drive and persistence are valued.
• Ability to identify and engage decision-makers in target accounts.
• Comfort with presenting CAM Resources offerings and negotiating agreements.

Responsibilities

• Get in front of decision-makers to introduce CAM Resources.
• Schedule walkthroughs and develop relationships with prospects.
• Help close new accounts and maintain relationships with customers you bring in.
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve pricing, proposals, and service delivery.
