CAM Resources is expanding nationwide and seeking growth-minded individuals to join as Outside Sales Representatives. Build a six-figure recurring income by developing a local market—you bring in the business and CAM Resources handles fulfillment, pricing, and back-office support.

We target apartment communities, property management firms, HOAs, commercial buildings, and offices. The role focuses on meeting decision-makers, scheduling walkthroughs, and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with performance-based compensation and proactive prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target local decision-makers in target markets.
• Present CAM Resources and its Growth Partner model to prospects.
• Schedule walkthroughs and develop relationships with potential accounts.
• Close new commercial cleaning and facility-services accounts and maintain ongoing relationships.
