Job summary

GME Supply seeks a Sales Support Specialist to assist customers with seamless safety equipment ordering and safety program management. You will process orders, communicate with clients, and help improve service.

You will become an expert on our product offerings, collaborate with internal teams, and provide feedback to Senior Account Managers to drive continuous improvement. This role emphasizes proactive problem solving and a detail-oriented, fast-paced work style.

Qualifications

Creativity in troubleshooting customer issues.
