Job summary

Prime Communications in Oregon is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers, recommend AT&T products, and help them stay connected with the latest wireless technology and services.

You will hit sales goals, earn commissions, participate in training, support store operations, and build lasting relationships in the local community while advancing toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
