Diamond Braces is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant in New York. You will work closely with orthodontists to deliver exceptional care and help patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. Training is provided for those transitioning from general dentistry, with room to grow in a technology-driven practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Dental Assistant (state requirements apply).
• Has at least one year of dental experience.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Positive, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and impressions
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments
• Sterilizing instruments according to OSHA standards
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Documenting clinical notes accurately
• Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with laboratory procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
