Job summary

ICBD Holdings is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism in various settings, including at home and in the community. This part-time role offers a starting rate of $25/hour and provides paid training for RBT certification through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

You'll collaborate with clinical teams and implement treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Additionally, the position comes with various benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if in New Jersey).
• Consistent, reliable transportation required.
• Clean background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in home and community.
