All Star Physical Therapy in Covina, CA (part of the Confluent Health Family) is hiring a driven Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will work under a supervising PT to deliver high-quality care, progress patients toward goals, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.
