Ability Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient clinics. You will work with experienced clinicians in a collaborative setting, providing high-quality patient care and supporting growth within our nine-county service area.

Must have CAPTE-accredited PTA training and an active Florida license or be ready to start licensing. CPR certification and strong communication are essential to succeed in this team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Florida license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly.
• CPR certification.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively.
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success.
• A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach.
