Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans from evaluations.
• Review referrals and medical records to determine PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and patient instructions.
• Oversee care by assistants and rehab technicians.
• Create written plans of care and set goals based on evaluation results.
• Implement therapy programs and deliver essential treatments.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers; ensure timely documentation.
