PT Solutions in Claremore, OK is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care and lead patients through evidence-based rehabilitation. The role offers a six-week onboarding (Vitals+), mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, and extensive continuing education resources.

You will work with a diverse caseload, engage in data-driven care using Limber Health software, and benefit from a growth-minded culture with clear pathways to leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
