Kids for the Future in New Castle, IN is seeking an Optician trainee. No optical experience is required; we will train you. You’ll learn to help patients select eyewear, explain lens options, and manage front-desk tasks.

This role blends service and precision with a base pay of $17/hour plus benefits. Occasional travel to support other locations may be required, and a two-week training course at our Indianapolis corporate office is provided.

• Place and process eyewear orders with precision and troubleshoot challenges.
• Make minor repairs and adjustments for proper fit.
• Build lasting relationships with patients to encourage return visits.
• Complete training, certifications, and growth milestones.
• Ability to travel to support other locations only if needed.
