Valley Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a motivated, patient‑focused oral and maxillofacial surgeon to join our rapidly growing private practice in Central Arkansas. The associate will have his/her own state‑of‑the‑art surgical suites and a strong clinical team, with orthognathic surgery and maxillofacial trauma performed at a nearby hospital; no trauma call.

We offer a $350,000 base salary with a percent of collections and a first‑year earning potential of

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OMS.
• Eligible for Arkansas dental and anesthesia licensure.
• Comfortable providing full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery and office-based anesthesia.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to outstanding patient care.
