This role offers 2nd/3rd shifts with pay differentials ($18.50 per hour for 2nd shift and $19.50 per hour for 3rd shift) and opportunities for hands-on growth while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Have 0-2 years of relevant work experience (entry-level candidates welcome!)
• Hold a High School diploma (required)
• Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Are available to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours

Responsibilities

• Operating production equipment to assemble and process products according to specifications
• Assisting with equipment setup for production runs
• Performing quality control inspections on the assembly line
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Reporting production issues and maintenance needs to your supervisor
• Preparing accurate records and documentation for work in progress
