Hantz Group in Michigan is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to support our advisory team and clients. You will help with meeting preparation, client communications, and coordinating workflows with our operations group.

Growth opportunities include licensing paths and advancement into a Financial Advisor role, with exposures across insurance, estate planning, and asset management within our holistic family-office approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Basic database/data-entry skills expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Must be able to obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in booking appointments for advisors.
• Prepare declaration page quote sheet for meetings.
• Market for property/casualty insurance service opportunities.
• Assist advisors with client services.
• Coordinate business and meetings with advisors, tax team and estate planners.
• Market to companies for business opportunities.
• Comply with all industry rules and regulations.
• All other tasks assigned.
