The State Group is seeking a Project Manager for our Evansville, Indiana location. Ideal candidates may come from electrical trades or related hands-on electrical experience and be open to transitioning into project management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project management or related field.
• Experience with Accubid estimating software and Microsoft Project preferred.
• Experience coordinating industrial projects from planning through execution.
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety requirements and promote a positive safety culture.
• Meet budget, financial, timeline, and project requirements.
• On-site supervision of tradecraft and administrative staff.
• Interface with customers, general and other contractors, unions, and State employees.
• Coordinate resources including labor, tools, and materials.
• Anticipate delays, cost issues, and labor needs.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Additional duties as assigned.
