Job summary

Braden River Rehabilitation Center in Bradenton, FL is seeking a motivated CNA-Central Supply to ensure efficient supply management and infection-control compliant equipment handling.

You will collaborate with nursing staff to order and track house stock, maintain PAR levels, and safeguard the supply room while supporting residents’ care with timely logistics and equipment coordination.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the ordering of all house stock and chargeable supplies with nursing and other staff.
• Maintains PAR levels established with the Director of Nursing.
• Verifies supply order at the time of delivery, inspects for damaged goods, and verifies against purchase orders.
• Accurately enters and maintains data relative to supplies using company software programs.
• Distributes supplies to appropriate locations.
• Assists with daily and monthly physical inventory.
• Ensures supply room is properly secured.
• Cleans equipment in compliance with infection control procedures.
• Coordinates and validates outside rental of equipment.
• Services and protects the facility by adhering to professional standards, company policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and standards.
• Coordinates transportation and appointments for residents.
